The purpose of this website is to improve the
communication and the civil exchange of ideas among the residents of the
Marina at The Bluffs. We encourage your participation. The website is a
work in progress and we anticipate adding pages in the future reflecting
your ideas. This site was set up and is maintained by
Tom and Helen
Collins. It is not a web site of the Marina at The Bluffs, but we
encourage the participation of the Board and the manager. This site is
